Stallions:

1) Rowdy Yates (AIHR O-1344, SMR #1407, SSMA #921)--19 year old slate grullo roan stallion, foaled 4/14/87 by Jack Slade (Narragansett/Sooner) out of Espéranza SMR 640 (Doby SMR #406/(Blue Corn SMR #138). AIHR Hall of Fame, SMR Grande Conquistador. At the 2000 AIHR National Champion Show "Rowdy" captured Overall High Point Indian Horse, Solid Color Champion, Tejas Pleasure Champion, Adult Senior Frontier Period Costume Champion and many other placings. Rowdy was also 2000 Year-end 4th place open heavyweight horse in NATRC's Region 4 (TX, OK, AR, and LA). He is a Breyer model for 2004. Stallion fee: $500.

2) El Tigre Segundo (SMR 1567, AIHR O-1431)--20 year old dun stallion foaled 5/9/86 by Tiger Eye out of Tamara Walker (Smokey Joe/Little Thing). Branded Ice 06 on left hip. Pure Book Cliffs stallion, superior under saddle, SMR Grande Conquistador, AIHR Hall of Fame, many NATRC wins including 4 sweepstakes, trained for working cowhorse, runs barrels, not a more honest horse alive. If you can ride a performance horse you can ride this amazingly versatile stallion. "Tigger" is proven at halter, in performance and on the trail as well as a champion sire. SMR Rodeo Horse of the year in 2002 with wins in team-penning. Won 2nd in CP at the Bodcau Bayou CTR in June of 2004, his first ride back after years away from NATRC. 3) Tambourine Man (AIHR O-, SSMA #990, HOA pending)--17 year old champagne overo stallion foaled 4/24/89 by Choctaw Sun Dance out of SSMA foundation mare Kiowa Morning Song. Big fellow, paso-gaited, wonderful look, gentle temperament. Stood at Blazing Saddles Ranch until summer 2001. Bred by Karma Farms. Owned by Karma Farms and T-P Ranch. Rides, easy to handle, WONDERFUL color and gait. This horse looks much as we imagine the real Hidalgo looked. "Tam" had TWO NATRC winners in 2005 including Region 4 Novice Horse of the Year. This stallion is producing trainablity and gait just like his sire. His dam, the famous Kiowa Morning Song by Kiowa Chief also gave him her champagne color, and he passes it on to many of his offspring. Stallion fee: $350.

4) Locomotion (AIHR O-1955, SMR #1988, SSMA #1453)--13 year old red roan War Bonnet, nearly all white, foaled 3/25/93 by Choctaw Sun Dance out of Easter Lilly by Trail Blazer. Paso-gaited, produces both overos and appaloosas. His foals are outstanding for looks, gait, and trainability--and so many loud overos, esp. from solid dun mares. Standing at Karma Farms in 2006. Stallion fee: $350.

5) Dance Magic (AIHR O-1443, SMR #1940, SSMA #1355)--13 year old blue corn appaloosa stallion, foaled 6/10/93 by Choctaw Sun Dance out of Little Corn, she by Four Lane out of Little Thing. Sweepstaked an Open ride in Region 6 in 2000. SMR Trail Horse of the Year for 2000. AIHR National Champion "O" at Halter in 1998 and 2005. We sold 1/2 interest to Ashia Yother of Dallas, TX. "Dance" will stand the 2006 in Dallas. Ashia and Dance are now competing in SCA Renfair competions. Stallion fee: $350.

6) Brother Love (SMR #, AIHR O, Sorraia Mustang) --9 year old grullo stallion by Blue Crane out of Maggie, foaled 1997. Both Blue Crane and Maggie are by Crane out of Blue Monday. 1/2 interest owned by Le Manage`, Virginia Brumley, 19007 Nichols Lane, New Caney, TX 77357. "Bro" has been 3 times AIHR National Champion "O" at Halter. Here he is at age 4 at the National. Standing at Karma Farms in 2006. Stallion fee: $300.

7) Building a Mystery (SMR, AIHR O-3395)--8 year old grullo stallion by Rowdy Yates out of Liona, foaled 5/11/98. Owned by Bret Lynn and Victoria Speir Lynn. SMR's first Grande Conquistador to Grande Conquistador mating. "Bam" is well broke, loves people. Most of his foals so far are solid grulla. The nice mare Haista Lin will foal to him this spring, his first paint colored lady. Will we get color? Will stand at Karma Farms in 2006. Bret Lynn will be campaigning him in show, speed events, and distance riding in 2006, so watch for them! Stallion fee: $350.
